The society magazine says the socially powerful are united by 'good looks, glamour, philanthropy and desirable houses, of course.
'But also Cheltenham races, St Moritz, Scotland and the South of France'.
Not all of which you would necessarily associate with Labour's Shadow Foreign Secretary, who has been MP for Tottenham since a by-election in 2000.
